- Printed copies of Contracts and Welcome Letters are sent to Secured clients free of charge.
- Unsecured clients pay for shipping, but don’t pay any other fees.
- Other documents require processing and handling fees, which vary, depending on the type.
- There is never a fee for processing and handling printed copies of Contracts, including their Renewals, Conversions and Riders. However, Engagement Updates and Income Updates incur processing and handling fees.
- The Printed Records Request form below calculates the charge, and the client pays at the time of the request.
