Expedited Secured Contract with Abbreviated Application

Terms are similar to a Standard Secured Contract, with some options simplified and with reduced penalties

Available on a one-year term with fifty-two (52) weekly installments

  1. Application is completed, and $110.00 processing fee is paid in one single step.
  2. Applicant automatically receives a draft Contract to review & sign.
  3. Contract is recalled if not signed within ten (10) days.
  4. If signed, First Installment Payment is processed the following business day.
  5. Contract is comprised of fifty-two (52) weekly installments over a one-year term, with no ability to cancel once executed. (Unless Forgiveness conditions are met.)

Expedited Secured Contract with Reduced Penalties and Forgiveness Clause

Similar to Level 4.E/A, with the same application process

  • Lower administrative fees, with a less complicated structure.
  • Expanded forgiveness clause.
  • More flexible income calculation.
  • Overall experience is diminished in severity.

*Level 4.E/L has been merged with Level 4.E/A. The new version of the Standard Expedited Contract includes Reduced Penalties and Forgiveness Clause.

Level 9.T

Fully Bonded Individual Tribute

Includes the Features of a Fully Bonded (Level 9) Contract, except attached to an individual lump-sum payment.

  1. Application is completed, and $220.00 processing fee is paid in one single step.
  2. Applicant automatically receives a draft Contract to review and sign.
  3. Contract will automatically be recalled if not signed within ten (10) days.
  4. If signed, First Installment Payment is processed the following business day.
  5. Any future Contract Applications will be abbreviated, and client is eligible to request a simplified Application for a Fully Bonded Contract.

Level 4.ATM/L

ATM Contract

Similar to Level 4.E/L, with monthly Installment Payments

  1. Payment amount is selected using the Virtual ATM.
  2. Verify email, then complete the application in the Virtual ATM.
  3. First Installment Payment is paid and Contract is compiled.
  4. Contract will automatically be recalled if not signed within ten (10) days.
  5. If signed, Processing Fee equal to 30% of the monthly Installment Payment is processed the following business day.
  6. Contract is comprised of twelve (12) monthly installments over a one-year term, with no ability to cancel once executed.

Levels 4.E/V and 7.E/V

Comprehensive Voice Contracting

Best of both worlds of standard and expedited programs. Fully customizeable contract terms, including all optional variants of Levels 4 and 7.

  1. Process is initiated by scheduling an Application Conference and paying the $110.00 fee.
  2. All application requirements are completed during the Conference, and a wide range of options are given.
  3. Contract is transmitted on the scheduled date, and recalled if not signed within ten (10) days.
  4. Contract term length and payment frequency may be customized.

An alternative option for voice contracting is to schedule a Prospective Client Consultation. The fee is income-based and negotiable, and is paid during the meeting instead of in advance. An application may be requested during that call, essentially completing the first step in the standard process.
